Are you one of the many people following a Whole 30 plan this month?
Whole 30 is ashort-term nutritional reset, designed to help you cut out the foods that might be having a negative impact on your health, restore a healthy metabolism, heal your digestive tract, and balance your immune system.
Many times people ask if I have recipes that are Whole 30 compliant. But recently, my daughter was asked if she knew of any Whole 30 recipes that aren’t chicken or fish.
Not only was her friend finding it hard to cut out certain foods, but also most of the recipes recommended to her werechicken or fish recipes. Above all her friend was gettingbored with eating chicken and fish.
So I’ve rounded up twenty-one Whole 30 recipes that aren’t chicken or fish. All these willwork for the Whole 30 diet as they have no added sugar, grains, legumes, dairy, alcohol or unnecessary chemicals.
Just whole food ingredients and deliciousnessyour whole family will love (so you won’t have to cook a separate meal for them).
